User Agreement
1. Service Description
Iceonix is a local-first macOS tool for creators. It uses Safari and macOS automation to assist with recording, editing, local project management, and publishing to multiple platforms. The account service provides sign-in, verification codes, payment status, licenses, and authorized-device management; it does not host your Workspace or creative assets.
2. Account and Eligibility
You must sign in with a valid Apple, Google, or GitHub account and protect that third-party account, your local Keychain, and licensed devices. Activity through your account is treated as authorized by you. If you suspect misuse, revoke sessions, deactivate devices, or contact us promptly. Users below the age of independent consent in their location need parental or guardian consent and supervision; the current product is not directed to children under 16.
3. Payment, Renewal, and License
- The checkout page and payment-provider confirmation control the applicable price, currency, license term, device limit, and renewal terms;
- A Stripe subscription renews automatically as disclosed at checkout until canceled. Cancellation through the customer portal normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
- An Alipay QR order renews only if the checkout page expressly states that it is recurring;
- Refunds are handled under the payment channel rules, purchase disclosures, and applicable law. Refunds, disputes, reversals, or abnormal transactions may suspend or revoke the corresponding license;
- You may not share, resell, forge, or circumvent a license, device limit, or other technical restriction.
4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable law and the terms, community rules, and intellectual-property requirements of WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, and any other destination platform.
You may not use Iceonix to:
- Send spam, create fake accounts in bulk, manipulate engagement, harass, defraud, or evade platform safeguards;
- Publish illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unauthorized content;
- Attack or reverse-engineer a service, steal credentials, distribute malware, or interfere with another user's access;
- Rent or resell an account or provide unauthorized automation services to third parties.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of your materials and projects and are responsible for having the rights needed to record, edit, and publish them. Using Iceonix does not transfer ownership of your content to us. The software, brand, interface, and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders; you may not copy, sell, or remove notices except as needed for normal use.
6. Automation and Third-Party Risk
Iceonix carries out your instructions through real Safari pages and Accessibility APIs. It is not an official client of, or affiliated with, a destination platform. Platform pages, rules, verification challenges, and safeguards may change at any time, so we do not guarantee every publication will succeed or that a platform will not restrict an account because of its content or automation activity. Apple, Google, GitHub, Stripe, Alipay, storage providers, publishing platforms, and optional AI providers are governed by their own terms.
7. Local Data, Permissions, and Backups
You are responsible for securing and backing up your local Workspace, project libraries, NAS, cloud storage, platform sessions, and third-party API keys. Accessibility, Automation, screen recording, camera, microphone, and speech recognition permissions are used only for the features you enable; revoking them may make those features unavailable. We cannot restore local content that was never uploaded to the account service.
8. Updates, Suspension, and Termination
We may provide updates for security, compatibility, or features. We may suspend an account, session, or license to the extent reasonably necessary when we detect fraud, chargebacks, unlawful use, a material breach, or a threat to service security. You may stop using the product and cancel future renewal; historical transactions and records required by law may remain retained.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Iceonix is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, network outages, unlawful user content, loss of local data, or unauthorized account use. Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this Agreement as features or rules change and will publish the effective date on our website. Continued use after a material update takes effect means you accept the revised Agreement, unless applicable law requires separate consent. For questions, use “Contact / Support” in the app or email support@iceonix.com.
