Account, License, billing, and updates
Iceonix commercial services process identity, orders, and device entitlements. They do not receive your projects, videos, scripts, platform cookies, or agent memories.
Passwordless sign-in
Account & License supports Apple, Google, and GitHub sign-in only. There is no email/password registration, password login, or password recovery. The provider email is used for account security, billing and refund notices, License and device events, renewal, expiry, and important service messages.
Purchase and activate
After signing in, you can pay through Stripe in the browser or scan an Alipay order QR code. Return to the App and refresh the payment status. After server confirmation, annual entitlement and the device License synchronize automatically; no password or emailed activation string is required.
The License is device-bound and signed for local verification. A valid cached entitlement can continue through short offline periods. Expired, revoked, mismatched, or changed device identity requires an online refresh.
Trial and feature gates
Trial availability and duration are server-configured and apply only to accounts created after a change. The plan and expiry shown in Account & License are authoritative.

Feature gates never delete local projects or media. Trial Pro has no export or publish count limit; it is limited only by expiry and one activated device. Trial counter fields are retained for compatibility and do not participate in current entitlement checks.
Devices, subscription, and refunds
The account page shows plan, source, expiry, device count, and enabled features. Deactivate an old Mac before activating a replacement. Deactivating the current Mac also signs it out and disables its local entitlement.
Stripe users can open subscription management from the App. Refunds require official review; partial and full refunds may affect remaining annual entitlement differently, as described in the confirmation notice.
Updates
Production releases update through Sparkle using Developer ID-signed and notarized packages. Finish running recording, model, and publishing tasks before installing an update.
