Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Preserve the task state and exact error before retrying.
Safari automation does not work
- Confirm Iceonix under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
- Confirm Iceonix can control Safari under Automation.
- Keep one Iceonix instance running.
- Stop other tools that automate Safari.
- Test one platform with global dry-run.
Recording inputs are missing
Check Screen Recording, Microphone, and Camera permissions. Fully quit and reopen Iceonix after changing Screen Recording permission. Record a short test and verify selected inputs and audio levels.
A platform remains signed out
Start login from Social Platforms, finish QR or secondary verification in Safari, then return and check the session again. Do not use a private window. If the website works but Iceonix cannot recognize it, export diagnostics; a platform UI change may require a driver update.
A task says Needs Review
Do not retry until you have checked the affected platform admin pages. Confirm the content was not submitted, then retry unfinished platforms only. See Platform publishing and task queue.
Model or AI task failure
Check Model Warehouse state, disk space, network stability, account entitlement, and input file integrity. Test a short file before processing long media.
Account or License issues
Use Apple, Google, or GitHub—there is no password entry. Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, return to the App after browser authorization, and refresh account or payment status. Confirm that you signed in with the same provider identity used for purchase and that a device slot is available.
Export diagnostics
Open Settings → Diagnostics & Support and export a diagnostic package. Include the Iceonix and macOS versions, event time, platform, task state, exact error, and the package when contacting support.
