Record, edit, and export

Iceonix recording and editing are designed for tutorials, product demos, talking-head videos, and mobile demonstrations. A recording creates an editable .iceonixrec package.

The recording tools also include a teleprompter, camera styling, separate audio controls, on-screen drawing, a whiteboard, a ticker, audio meters, and privacy exclusions.

Edit

The editor includes:

Timeline split, trim, undo history, and silence detection
AI-assisted filler-word review
Local or server transcription, word timing, caption editing, and SRT export
Auto focus, manual zoom segments, and cursor styling
Camera overlays, full-screen camera segments, and transitions
Landscape, portrait, and square reframing
Backgrounds, corners, shadows, click sounds, and music
Frame, local image, or AI-assisted covers with layered text

Always review AI edits and captions, especially for overlapping speakers, background music, accents, and specialist terms.

Export

You can export video, GIF, caption files, separated audio, and FCPXML for further editing. Export & Publish carries the rendered video into a persistent Iceonix project and opens the publishing workflow.
