Hermes, CLI, and MCP

Hermes and other agents understand requests, generate content, and orchestrate work. Iceonix owns deterministic local execution, locks, retries, Safari actions, result verification, and project writes. The App can also be used manually without an agent.

Setup

From initial setup or AI Team → Agent, you can install or detect Hermes, install the iceonix CLI bridge, create a default profile, and synchronize Iceonix Skill and MCP configuration. Model providers, API keys, and communication gateways remain managed by Hermes.

The AI Team area includes agent setup, Hermes WebUI, multiple profiles, and a shared creative core based on AGENTS.md and project knowledge.

CLI capabilities include publishing, platform session checks, model downloads, transcription, TTS, enhancement, source separation, and diarization.

CLI and MCP never compete with the App for Safari control. Requests go through a token-protected local 127.0.0.1 relay to the running Iceonix App.

MCP scope

Tools cover video publishing, WeChat article drafts, platform login, series presets, idea processing, image generation, transcription, and speech synthesis.

Real publishing is irreversible. Before calling it, an agent should repeat the media, platforms, copy, declarations, and dry-run state and obtain explicit approval. Future tasks requested through Hermes should be scheduled by Hermes and sent to Iceonix only when due.
